What does pre-mapped mean?
Each tray is laid out in the order you apply it, so the mapping is done for you. Pick up each cluster in turn and place it.
What is in a 3-pack?
Three pairs, so three full applications of the same style. Each application gives you 7 day wear, so a pre-bonded pre-mapped 3-pack gives you about three weeks of wear.
Pre-mapped or a 48 or 72 set?
Choose a pre-bonded pre-mapped 3-pack if you want a finished look with no planning. Choose a pre-bonded 48 or 72 cluster set if you want to build your own map and mix your lengths.
How do I apply them?
Four steps: Cleanse, Lift, Place, Clamp. Start with clean, dry lashes, curl them, set each cluster just under your natural lashes with the Application Tweezer, then clamp gently.
How do I remove them?
Apply Lash Melt or an oil based remover along the band, let it soften for a moment, then slide the clusters away gently. Never pull them off.
How much is shipping?
Free standard shipping in Australia on orders over $99, and free express over $129. We also ship worldwide, calculated at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
Return unused, unopened items within 14 days of your order arriving, for a refund or a swap. Email hello@aelalash.com with your order number. International orders cannot be returned.
