What comes in a kit?
Each kit pairs AELA pre-bonded lashes with the tools to apply, finish and remove them. Open any kit to see exactly what is inside.
Which kit should I start with?
New to clusters? The Soft Launch Kit is our beginner friendly pick. The Debut Kit lets you try both formats, a pre-bonded 48 cluster set and a pre-bonded pre-mapped 3-pack.
Do I need anything else?
No. Everything you need to apply is in the box. Just open and apply.
How do I apply them?
Four steps: Cleanse, Lift, Place, Clamp. Start with clean, dry lashes, curl them, set each cluster just under your natural lashes with the Application Tweezer, then clamp gently.
How much is shipping?
Free standard shipping in Australia on orders over $99, and free express over $129. We also ship worldwide, calculated at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
Return unused, unopened items within 14 days of your order arriving, for a refund or a swap. Email hello@aelalash.com with your order number. International orders cannot be returned.
